ordering

There are a number of ways you can order at Smallish.

1. 1.Order online
   

To purchase ready to ship items please click the ADD TO BAG button for that product.

To purchase custom made items, please enter the relevant fabric choices in the text box for that item (further instructions for fabric choices are on the product pages) and click the ADD TO BAG button. 

All fabric choices will be confirmed within 24 hours of checkout being completed, to ensure all choices are correct.

Once you have finished filling your bag/cart, click the MY SHOPPING BAG button at the top right of the screen to begin the checkout process.

Online you can select to pay with either Paypal or direct deposit.  Please note you do not need a Paypal account to pay with credit card at Paypal. If you do have a Paypal account, you are able to pay with either credit, debit or your linked back account. If you select direct deposit at checkout, the relevant details will be emailed to you within 24 hours of checkout. Deposit need to be made within 3 days.

2. 2.Order by email
   

If you wish to order via email, please download the order form, fill it out and email to smallish@spin.net.au. Your order will be confirmed within 24 hours of being received.

Payment methods are the same as paying online, however, if you wish to pay via cheque or money order, please indicate this on your order and make them payable to Cassandra de Vaus. Your order will not proceed until funds have cleared.

All orders are sent as registered parcels with added insurance via Australia Post. Delivery times vary depending on the products you have purchased. All custom orders will ship in 6-8 weeks of payment being received unless otherwise discussed. All ready to ship orders will be sent within 48 hours of payment.

Smallish is not responsible for parcels after they are posted.
