All personal information collected by Smallish, including names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses will not be disclosed, sold or rented to any third parties.

Security

For your security no credit card details are collected by Smallish. If paying by credit card your details will be processed entirely through Paypal. For more information go to www.paypal.com

Pricing

All prices on the Smallish website are in Australian dollars (AUD) as such international orders will need to factor in an international exchange rate (along with any duties for shipping into their country). Smallish reserves the right to alter pricing without notice and at our discretion.

Returns and Exchanges

Please choose your item carefully as we do not offer a refund unless there is a manufacturing fault with the product. We are however, more than happy to offer a store credit if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.  All products returned for exchange must be unused and in sale-able condition with any packaging and labels still attached and returned to Smallish within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Please be aware that exchanges are not available on custom items.

Please note, shipping charges, along with any to return the product are the customers liability and will not be refunded by Smallish.
